LBCA Mission

POLICY

The Long Beach Collective Association is committed to safe and legal cannabis access through advocacy, education, philanthropy, and policy development with the City of Long Beach and State of California.

By supporting The LBCA, you are supporting decreased stigma with continued cannabis education in the community, at city hall, and in academia; increasing cannabis tourism by advocating for event & lounge policies; and reforming cannabis taxes at local and state government to level the legal playing field and generate affordability in the aboveground market.
